High-Volume Print Production

At Tenaquip, I designed and produced a wide range of high-volume print materials, including recurring flyers, catalogues, brochures, and sales collateral. I’ve streamlined many of these projects through automated template systems, allowing for faster turnaround, fewer errors, and consistent branding across hundreds of pages. My focus is always on clean design, operational efficiency, and flawless print-ready preparation.

Below are some examples of specific projects I worked on:

Jobox Sell Sheet

Tenaquip needed a fast, effective way to promote and move a large quantity of Jobox chests. The sales team required a clear, compelling print piece that could be handed out.

The resulting sell sheet provided a focused, visually strong snapshot of the product, helping the sales team communicate benefits quickly and confidently. It supported faster product movement and became a useful asset within Tenaquip’s ongoing promotional materials.

Recurring General Flyer

Tenaquip publishes a recurring promotional flyer that features a large volume of products updated on a tight schedule. The original layout made production time-consuming and limited how many items could be showcased.

My updated, semi-automated template dramatically reduced production time each month, improved accuracy, and allowed the marketing team to feature more products, increasing capacity from 138 product spots to up to 262 per flyer. It became a core system for recurring promotions, providing both speed and consistency across every edition.

Catalogue Production

Tenaquip’s catalogues are major production projects spanning over 1,000 pages, requiring careful coordination, and accuracy across every section. These catalogues demanded a high level of organization and collaboration. I worked as part of a dedicated design team responsible for cover development, page layout, bilingual (French/English) content adaptation, corrections, proofing, and ongoing updates.

My role supported the full end-to-end process, including layout refinement, product data updates, translation integration, proofing, and prepress preparation. Working closely with other designers and the product teams, we ensured every edition was clean, accurate, and press-ready. These catalogues remain one of Tenaquip’s most important customer resources, and our collaborative workflow helped maintain quality and consistency across thousands of pages each issue.

Corporate Brochures

Tenaquip needed a clear, professional corporate brochure to introduce the company, highlight key product categories, and communicate their national reach, values, and service model. I helped organize and design the content into a clean, easy-to-follow layout that presented their capabilities, differentiators, and community impact in a visually engaging way.

The final brochure became a valuable tool for sales, onboarding, and corporate outreach, giving customers and partners a strong first impression of the brand. By balancing structured information with strong visuals, it helped reinforce Tenaquip’s credibility and made it easier for the team to present who they are and what they offer.
